The Hitchhiker
Scene 1: A dark night. The audience can see a car driving along secluded roads in the pitch black. Use suspenseful music (think - The Game), and shadowy photography. Eventually, the audience can see a man enveloped in shadows making the hitch hiking symbol. The car slowly stops, and the man emerges fromt the shadows. He is good looking, and seems kind, and he gets in the packed car with other college students. The suspense is gone, as the car drives off.
Scene 2: We see a clock saying it's 3 AM. Suddenly, we see a shadow. Camera cuts to just two feet, walking along forward, ever continuous. Cut to black.
Scene 3: Commotion, as a dead body is found.

Untitled
Scene 1: It is night. We see a homeless man struggling in the wind. As the camera pans out, we see the lights of a nearby mini supermarket. It is light inside, warm. A car drives up. It is full of loud music, and full of underage kids joy riding. They walk into the supermarket with crass, smug looks. The homeless man is forgotten. They walk into the shop. We see them pick up 2 cans of beer, 2 packs of cigarettes and walk up to the cashier. The man laughs, and says, "I'm sorry. You guys are too young to buy that" - or something along those lines. The kids look at him, and in a fast shot change, they run outside. Keep changing camera angles at this point to make the film seem fastpaced. They jump into their car and drive off. We can see them driving forward, but suddenly the camera zooms out, and we see the homeless man lying directly in their path. They run him over, and drive forward in horror
Scene 2: It is dark. All the kids are huddled in a dark room, in an abandoned building, discussing their next move. There are 5 in total, a leader, two cronies, an emo goth kid, and an innocent tagalong boy.
Imagine the discussion, and continue the film.

Red Veil
Scene 1: A man is looking at himself in the mirror. He sees himself, but hundreds of others behind him. He looks outside the window, and sees cars driving past his house, but he turns to see them go down the road, and they have dissapeared. His newspaper boy comes in through the door, and gives him the paper, but once he has accepted it, the boy is gone. The man is deeply solipsistic, and believes no one else is real. His wife comes down the stairs and makes him food, but once he accepts the plate from her, she dissappears. Use darker photography to build a sense of suspense. Finally he leaves the house. He heads of on his route to work, people disappearing him as soon as they pass him. Use a shot where we are the man's car is in the center of the road. One side is filled with people, and the other side is empty.
Scene 2: The man is so confused about reality that one day he buys a gun. The seller dissapears as soon as the transaction is finished. He walks home. This man feels no compassion. Try and show this in the photography. Eventually, he passes by a man, but this man does not dissapear after he has seen him. He tries to talk to the unusual man, but the man keeps moving forward, ignoring him. Finally, the solipsism is confirmed ,the first man believes that the only reason he can still see the other man is because his purpose has not been fulfilled. It his his purpose to be killed. The first man takes aim at the second man, and we hear a gunshot. Suddenly, the street is repopulated again.

Football of Doom
A 14 year old Columbian child is in the forest, looking for food to eat. He finds a football, clean and new, out of sync with the rest of the forest. Try and edit this so that we can see just how the football doesn't fit in. He picks it up, and suddenly the shot changes to him in football kit on a pitch doing amazing skills. Try and create a mini montage of it. Then, take a low 3rd person shot from far away, showing him still in the forest, to convey the fact that the professional skills are all in his mind. However, as he progressses up the ranks, he grows more and more angry, annoyed. His appearance should get darker, until finally, in the last final that he plays, he badly fouls a man so that his team can win.Later on that night, we see a crazed fan (for the opposing team) kill him in a drunken frenzy. Suddenly, we cut back to a flashback, where we can see a similar scene, but we follow the ball. The player is murdered, and the murderer takes the ball. After a series of exchanges, we can see a man kick the ball into the forest. We see him searching for it, but he never finds it. The final shot shows the ball in a forest as the camera zooms up and outward. Smash cut to credits.
